"Everything was great. The check in was hassle free, the staff were very polite and professional and the room, perfectly clean. I did have an issue with the heater not keeping the room warm, when I arrived, but the 2 staff who dealt with it, went out of their way to solve the issue. "The room was cosey, quiet and peaceful. The reception staff were incredibly helpful and efficient. The shower screen was leaky but nothing a towel didn't mop up and the espresso cups were dirty but just cleaned them ourselves "
