"Lots of staff near the check in desk but limited helping people helping customers, biggest fail is the parkade, I spent 3 days looking at the same pile of garbage that someone dumped out of their vehicle and areas near the stairwell and elevator have face masks, cigarette butts and gum on the ground, clearly no janitorial staff working in that area."

"The elevator was known to not be working. The staff did not put up any signs indicating we could end up being trapped. We were trapped. It was only for 10 minutes, however since we didn’t know how long it would be we were feeling quite anxious. We were upset to learn that the elevator had been having issues all day. The staff did not care and basically told us to relax. Not acceptable. "

"We always stay at Versante Hotel when we visit Vancouver, and it never disappoints. The rooms are exceptionally clean, the facilities are well-maintained and easy to use, and the bedding is fresh and very comfortable. The temperature and humidity are perfectly balanced, making the stay even more pleasant. We also had a great experience with the outdoor pool and the gym—both are excellent and well-kept. Highly recommended!"
