"Never once did a housekeeper come in to the room. We ran out of soap and conditioner in 2 days. The toilet didn’t flush correctly and ran intermittently. No ventilation in the bathroom. No security block on the window and the screen was pushed out. Hallway carpets were filthy."

"Our room was very clean and beds were comfortable. It was also quiet. I needed to do some laundry while we were at the hotel. And to my surprise there was a laundry basket in our room to use and the washers and dryers were free. No charge to do laundry. Breakfast in the morning was very delicious and clean. Staff was very friendly and my daughter and I noticed how much the staff wiped and cleaned tables, even wiped all the ketchup bottles etc on the tables one by one. Then another lady was...

"This could be a fine hotel but the "staff" are rude and very very unwelcoming. Interrupting his family time obviously as he had a child behind the desk and rudely said "what do you need". Well, I am here to check in. This might have been the rudest most awkward check-in of my entire life. "The property is definitely under a remodel right now but that is not shown on their website or Expedia. The pool is closed, multiple floors are closed and have plastic hung including right at the front lobby. Breakfast was minimal to say the least. We had to grab breakfast somewhere else. We have stayed here before but won't be again."
