"OK, if any small hotel in a busy tourist location needs to learn how to give BIG EXPENSIVE hotel service, go visit these folks. The manager is “top shelf”!! I managed managers for years and she “gets it”!! The staff did a great job and it is clear they enjoy working there!! GREAT JOB FOLKS and thank you!!! "For the nightly rate, I expected more, but you can see the wear and tear in the room. There was an opening at the bottom of the floor in the corner by the tub. I could have picked a similar hotel with breakfast. I wouldn't recommend this hotel. Look at your other options nearby."
