"if you are German and like to drink lager until 5 am and chant football songs all night - this is the place for you… and they didn’t even have a game on in the World Cup. If not - avoid. The area around the hotel makes San Antonio and Magaluf look upmarket. The reception staff were excellent but you feel sorry for them.. The same applies to the catering staff. The bar staff were, however. disorganized but probably down to the endless beer being served to the guests - some of whom drinking from within the small pool. There are far better places on the wonderful island of Mallorca. Thankfully, we also stayed on the east coast on our trip - which, in contrast, was amazing. On the plus side, this hotel is only 12 mins from the airport."
