Front desk told us best place to park based on room proximity, undergoing some reconstruction, window taped off, but that explained the cheaper re rate, was goping for a hot breakfast or some boiled eggs, but still thankful for a safe, clean, warm place to rest. Mattress was great!!

Great place to stay as it’s 2 min away from Petosky state park entrance, nice lake beach, fast food joints, shopping and amazing Indian restaurant, Aamchi Mumbai. My family enjoyed staying here, it’s surrounded by woods and have beautiful outdoor sitting area.

The location was very good. The property itself is in poor condition, dilapidated furniture, dirty carpets, needs an urgent remodel. Expensive for what it is. No real breakfast, muffins and bagels, coffee.

On a bicycle tour of the UP, this hotel provided everything i needed at a reasonable price. The hotel is right on the TAIT bike trail and allows you to keep ypur bike in your room.

1st room they tried to give me, the door was open, and inside the beds were not made there was a table flipped upside down on the bed, dresser was pulled out. They promptly switched my room to another room upstairs with apologies but the whole vibe of the hotel was just mold and outdated. Not sure how they got high reviews at all, but it was definitely not a clean place. But the bed was pretty comfortable tho

If you are skiing NubsNob or Boyne Highlands, this is very close and definately north of the chaos of the city of Petosky. Stayed a couple times this past winter and the staff was wonderful!

The hotel is under construction so it was a mess. The room had a new shower and the bed was comfortable but it really needed a detailed cleaning. The continental breakfast is just a basics (fruit, yogurt, bagels, cereal, waffles).

The bed linens were light, airy, comfy and cozy. Carpeting in room needs replacing. The place was quiet and a bit secluded from all the other areas of activity in this town which made for a peaceful night's sleep which is really all I was looking for. Staff was very curteous and offered to carry bags to room if I needed it. Pet friendly which was important as I have a 12 lb. dog in tow.
