"Overall, I had a pleasant stay. The room and amenities could do with some updating, and the bathroom could have been cleaner. The walls are quite thin, so you can easily hear other guests coming and going, which may be an issue if you’re a light sleeper.
On the positive side, the bed was clean and very comfortable, the English breakfast was lovely, and all the staff were friendly and welcoming. The hotel was also easy to find. There isn’t any on-site parking, but there’s a community car park...

"Stayed here many times but disappointed the room (carpet) didn't look clean, bathroom, this is only room with a bath and this will be the third time I've had this room and the bath taps don't work you can only use the shower. Previously I've had water in the room but not this time. Didn't look like the tea, coffee, etc. had been topped up"

"Would not recommend if you would like a good nights sleep.
Location good, amenities decent, however the walls and floor must be paper thin as you can hear everything from the guests next to and above you!
Booked 4 nights and left after 3 as was not getting any sleep, apparently we had different guests above us every night and you could hear them banging and moving around till 2am then again at 6am. Messaged host who came back to us after 4 hours then did not reply to further messages. That...

"If you need a place to stay in this area, this is a perfect spot. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, the room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious. Highly recommend the dinner here as well. We even had horses in the fenced area right off our patio. We will definitely stay here the next time we visit the area!"
