"If you’re going to Nantucket and looking for a conveniently located place to stay, you won’t find anything better than the Jared Coffin House. When we arrived at the ferry, I called the hotel and they sent their courtesy vehicle down to pick up all of our items and we were able to walk around town until our hotel room was ready. For the rest of the trip it was so nice to have a place close by to go in the middle of the day to use the restroom before we continue doing whatever we needed to do. The staff from beginning to end was absolutely incredible and would do anything that you asked them to do. We also enjoyed The Tap Room for a mid-day drink, and the food was great too! In the morning, we would sit in the booths next to hydrangeas and enjoy our meal in the perfect weather. The Jared Coffin House also happens to back right up to the Hunky Dory House which features one of the most photogenic spots! This was my second time staying, and I don’t think I’ll stay anywhere else when I visit."
"Property is unattended and there is no method of contacting the Innkeeper other than by mobile phone. There was no TV in our room abut if you wanted to watch TV, there is a screen in the communal area. Room was exceptionally clean and well presented and the bathroom facilities were first class. A self service breakfast was included in the room cost and was more than adequate with a good selection of breads/fruits/pastries/hot & cold drinks. The location is a 15 minute walk from downtown Nantucket or a 15 dollar Uber ride and there are several tourist brochures with local information available in the communal area. Would definitely stay here again when visiting the island."
"What a great place to stay in Nantucket! Don’t sleep on the Brass Lantern for your Nantucket vacation. Beautiful rooms and bathrooms. The bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable. Shower was stocked with Grown Alchemist Shampoo, conditioner and body wash, bathroom counter stocked with hand wash and body lotion. Their continental breakfast is a perfect start to the day for anyone who would rather not wait in line for the coffee shops. You get a text everyday around 5pm for your next day breakfast choices of bagels, toast, muffins, berries, yogurt, ok, etc. they even had several gluten free options. Water, tea and a coffee available all day. They also have bikes, beach chairs and beach towels to use. Lastly, the location to downtown and the Wave bus route was amazing, and it’s close to the Juice Bar. Highly recommended and the staff is wonderful. Will definitely be lucky to be back and make this trip again!"
"Seven Sea Street Inn is the very best! Excellent location, wonderful breakfast, friendly inn keeper and chef, peaceful secluded patio, comfortable and clean room! I will stay here again!"
