We loved staying here and enjoyed the local laidback vibes. The breakfast was delicious and the room was lovely. The housekeeping staff was so kind. All of the check in and communication was clear and easy to follow. Taxi suggestions and brochures in the house gave us plenty of options to stay busy! Thanks for a great stay!

I had a beautiful view for the sunrise. The property met my goal of being convenient to Nantucket town so I could sightsee the Whale Museum and all the shops and dining. I never needed to interact with the staff because it was already taken care. The whole space was extremely clean and compared to my cousins who stayed at other inns, quiet. I didn't hear any of my neighbors in the Inn or any street noise.

Walking distance from the ferry. We stayed one night in the off season. King size bed was comfortable. Shower and tub were in the room. Breakfast was continental. The banana bread and coffee were good. They definitely had a variety of breakfast options. We ate at Brotherhood of Thieves and Surfside. Dinner at Brotherhood was fantastic and also the live music upstairs, all within walking distance. Gayle has the best home made cookies too!

We loved the Periwinkle Inn! It far exceeded our expectations. Everything was easy to book and the owner was very responsive. The inn is welcoming, clean and comfortable. The food and beverages were very appreciated. The location was excellent and it was easy to walk everywhere in town. Our new favorite place!

Nantucket weekend

The innkeeper was very sweet. Rooms were clean and comfortable. The inn itself is nestled in a ln older home so you could hear the other guests. Some rooms share a bathroom so just read the description before booking. Ours was private which was nice. Great location to shops/ restaurants

The stay was great but felt very unsafe. The front door stayed open all day and all night. It led to the street. And the bathroom door to share did not lock so i felt that anyone off the street could be hiding or attack a guest, me in particular. The guest that i had to share bathroom with were disgusting... but overall the inn was wonderful and clean, pleasant inn keeper.

The Periwinkle Inn is close to EVERYTHING in town, and the innkeeper and staff were incredibly nice and considerate. The only room available for my family of three when I booked was a room with a shared bathroom. Do not be deterred by this! The toilet and shower are in separate rooms, and we never crossed paths with the other room's occupants, with whom we were to share, and the place was booked solid! It was evident the shared bathrooms and common areas were cleaned frequently. We would certainly stay here again! Thank you, Periwinkle Inn!
