"Beds are comfortable and there are tea/coffee making facilities. Bathrooms are clean and there is plenty of hot water. Car parking is easy. They provide a fan which was useful as the traffic is a bit noisy to have the window open. Curtains are very thin so the room is light from early morning. They don’t offer a cooked breakfast on Wednesday or Thursday mornings but there is a continental choice of toast, pastries, cereal and yoghurt. "Julie my wife and I stayed at kates farm for three nights for a break and a rest, we had a great break and we are totally rested. Fantastic break, Julie and Kate walking dogs every morning and evening, I kept the real fire going and that was perfect for us to sit down next to in the evening. Others said the breakfast was great and they are correct, Kates breakfast was fantastic .Kate was very attentive at all times and we felt perfectly at home."

"From before our holiday even started, our hosts were attentive and informative. Mel and Trish were extremely welcoming and helpful. They met my family and I at our drop off location and took us to the guesthouse showing us all the best attractions and places to eat. We felt right at home when we arrived and the room was immaculate, with lovely treats for all of us - the games for the kids was an amazing touch - we loved the fresh milk in the fridge too! "We enjoyed our stay at the Durham House Hotel. Communication was great from the moment it was booked to the arrival day. The hotel is a short walk from the beach, car park, places to eat and drink. The hosts are friendly and welcoming. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The bathroom was a good size with large soft towels provided. Lovely choice for breakfast, good quality food and nicely cooked."

"We stayed at Pebbles for three days last week. The guest house was lovely and clean, quiet and in a good location near to town. We were made to feel very welcome and the breakfast was the perfect start to the day. We would definitely recommend staying here and will again in the future."
