The lady at checking us in did not have all our booking information available in front of her and said at first we had no reservation. As we only stayed one night they needed us to pay in cash. We gave them cash but they had no change for us - as if was our responsibility to have the exact amount.

B&B malandato e sporco con proprietari scortesi che mancano di rispetto agli ospiti. Estensi danni causati dall'acqua sulle pareti e muffa in bagno. Wi-fi così debole che in realtà non era utilizzabile e che ci ha creato seri problemi dato che non era possibile lavorare in camera. Era così pessimo che abbiamo dovuto andarcene dopo una sola notte. I proprietari hanno cercato di negare i problemi che abbiamo riscontrato e ci hanno costretti a pagare tre notti! È ovvio che per loro i soldi sono più importanti dell’esperienza degli ospiti. Rundown and dirty B&B with rude owners who do not respect their guests. Extensive water damage on the walls and mildew in the bathroom. The WI-FI was so weak that it was not actually usable, which caused us serious issues because it was not possible to work in the room. It was so bad that we had to leave after just one night. The owners tried to deny the problems we experienced and forced us to pay for three nights anyway. It’s clear that money is more important to them than the guest experience.

Great Family Run Villa

We stayed for 2 nights in this villa (1st night in the Greta room & then in the spacious apartment). The villa is full of character and is in a fantastic location across the road from the very long stretch of sandy beach. The owners could not have been more helpful and nothing was too much trouble. They really welcomed our dog too! We’d definitely stay there again.

B&B Villa l'Aurora molto grazioso e comodo

B&B Villa l'Aurora è un posto delizioso , sul mare, immerso in una atmosfera molto familiare. Il personale è molto gentile , la colazione ricca e abbondante, il tutto condito da un gusto retrò che non guasta con la struttura. Sicuramente da consigliare , ci ritorneremo di sicuro al prossimo passaggio da Pescara.

Prenotazione inutile esbagliata

La vs. Organizzazione non aveva trasmesso correttamente la ns. prenotazione di una suite, ma aveva fatto riservare una singola. Così ,alla ns. telefonata di conferma ci è stato detto che non avevamo alcuna prenotazione .... Ci hanno pio sistemato come da noi richiesto ma abbiamo dovuto attendere che la suite fosse pulita e preparata. Insomma buona la sistemazione, pessimo il vs. Servizio.

Nice place along the waterfront.

This B&B is one of many glorious old residences along and near the waterfront. However, it is surrounded by hideous 1970s concrete block hotels so don't expect the area to be charming, like I did. The ladies who checked me in are very warm and gracious; I enjoyed my pleasant interactions with them. Breakfast was ready on time for an early departure and was generous, with a good assortment of pastries, coffees, and meats and cheeses. The room was quiet, although I could hear people entering at times. The shower, though a tiny stall, had abundant hot water and great water pressure - a rarity during my visit to Italy - so the shower, even though it is very small, gets 5 stars. The reason for my poor comfort rating is that like almost all Italian hotels/B&Bs the bed was extremely firm. It is a spring mattress, ultra firm, with no surface padding whatsoever, just the quilted fabric, which is about a 1/4 inch thick. So, in essence, one is sleeping on a rock hard metal rack with virtually no give to it and just a wisp of fabric covering it. For me, it was excruciatingly painful. If you are thin, have any shoulder or hip issues, or like to sleep on your side, you will suffer. This is typical in Italy. Otherwise, everything was great.
