"It is a spectacular property with amazing location next to the Catheral and the best shopping and restaurants in Palma. Beautifully refurbished rooms with very comfortable bed, good sized rooms, great AC when it’s hot, great showers with strong water pressure and lots of hot water. Most of all lovely staff who are always pleasant and commited to customer service. Highly recommend this hotel. We are coming back."

"Truly an amazing property, it is very quiet and peaceful. The views from the hotel can't be beat, and the breakfast in the morning was amazing overlooking the valley. Very easy parking and in a great location to drive to other parts of the island. I would most definitely stay here again, the staff was amazing and rooms were very nice and clean. There are no amenities )toothbrush, toothpaste, shower, cap, etc.) in the room, bring your own items but other than that, that’s the only negative. Will definitely come back!"
