"Room clean. Towels thick, white and fluffy. Staff really nice and food in the Kailyard restaurant was excellent. Only downside was there was a problem with the heating so we were cold for the first 24 hours, but small heaters everywhere and engineers dealt with it"

"Clean room, lovely decor. Little touches that made it all that more cozy and welcoming. Decorative wallpaper, throw blanket and pillows that matches the room decor. Just lovely. Bed wasn’t super hard which I loved. Book beds are usually miserably hard and this was nicer would have loved memory foam even more, but they did have one in a room it was just booked. Lovely hosts. Alyx was great, as was Derrick, Gary and everyone at the hotel. Would def return! "

Food in Bar was excellent quality and value, food and overall experience in restaurant was 8/10, due staff experience, order mistakes. "Un hôtel particulier raffiné tenu par un couple adorable et accueillant. Tout est beau, typique de la classe britannique. La maison est spacieuse, cosy, la chambre magnifique. Tout est préparé avec soin. Le jardin est très mignon. L'hôtel est bien placé, près de plusieurs restaurants. Parking pratique privé. Petit déjeuner délicieux, typique écossais avec des produits de qualité, tellement bien cuisiné. Petit coup de coeur pour leurs deux chats magnifiques et accueillants. Une adresse à garder....
