"Beds were comfortable. Rooms somewhat smaller but clean and not a big deal overall as we only stayed 2 nights. Front desk staff were welcoming and friendly. The water dispenser in the lobby was empty and the lady said we’d have to get water elsewhere. Not sure why they don’t have someone replace it for customers. Was empty for the full days we were there but did see someone using it when we arrived so they got the last of the spring water. At breakfast the attendant said the waffle batter...

"The staff was not there when we arrived, they were grocery shopping. The tv didn’t work. The room was nice and very good and clean. The staff was not at the desk in morning either."

"Stayed here with my wife for two nights and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Property is quiet and secluded, far away from the bustle of the city. Highly recommended. Great value for the money. "

"Cleaning isn’t hard, place is out dated but that would be fine, no continental breakfast and I feel that they are now appealing to long term tenants. No staff waiting to serve, yoh have to call them in their apartment, where the place smells like whatever they are cooking. Again elbow grease and cleaning are not hard to do. Didn’t expect much for the price just a clean place."

"Es war okay , ist aber etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Der Empfang war nett und immer erreichbar. Die Klimaanlage/ Heizung ist leider relativ laut . Parkplatz kein Problem , reichlich vorhandenen."

"This hotel was the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed at and the room had a very clean smell. Beds were comfortable and had the most comfortable pillows. I'd stay again without hesitation. Also lots of parking near the entrance and the hotel was conveniently located."

"The gentleman who checked us in was extremely friendly and helpful. I locked myself out and he came to my rescue even though the office closed at 10. The room had been renovated and was very clean. I will definitely stay again the next time I’m in Stratford! Thank you!"

"what sank the experience was the kitchenette - dark with peeling laminate. after seeing that I didn't even want tto peel back the bedding. Just slept on top of the topping in my clothes. didn't see anything horrible or anything - just couldnt get over that kitchenette. bathroom wasn't great either."
