We had a lovely room overlooking the Swan River and the hotel's location is perfect for the CBD with a large public car park at a discounted rate located just down the road. Rooftop pool was wonderful, too.

Novotel Perth Langley
overall the stay was pretty average. The hotel requires a lot of reinvestment. Staff were friendly facilities were okay not up to what you were expect in 2026 for the cost paid.
