Fantastic place, friendly staff, great room, perfect for a couple or small family. Even though it’s next to a pub, it’s quiet in the rooms with a gorgeous little patio area where you can smoke. Loved it-highly recommend

The bed was really comfortable which was great. Neighbours in adjoining room were socialising/partying loudly at 4am onward. Not just in room but in the shared garden as well. Not cool!

Staff were very friendly and bistro/pub attached had good food and live music however the room was old. I got attacked by mosquitos in the middle of the night, i noticed they had a can of mortine in the room so assume they know they have bug problems. Loud at night and paper thin walls. wouldn't stay here again.

Absolutely discussing mould in the bathroom The mattress on the bed was old and no springs saggy The floor was dirty and the whole property was very dirty and tired did no stay the next 3 night we had paid for as it a was not good

Nice compact room with adequate facilities good bed, Some cosmetic work to the bathroom sink bench could be considered as looks a bit dated/deteriorated.Room 1 in complex.No secure parking but car park in front of room and area well lit. Reasonable value. Would stay again. Thank you

the bed was super comfortable, food was excellent, best fish & chips ive had in a long time, i was very close to the beer garden only a few metres away & Friday night was loud. staff were on the ball well done. Room was comfortable but dated. only gripe they take a deposit of $200. when you arrive not told about that, & it takes 3 days to get it back in my Visa a/c. no need to take money if copy of c/c is in their possession

First room I was given was being used as a storage room. Wanted me to leave and come back once it was cleared out and made up. Second room didn’t have an AC or heating. Offered to move rooms again but o available rooms had AC even though websites state all rooms have AC Rooms have no soundproofing at all . I could hear people talking in next room and the rooms are beside the beer garden with local entertainment playing
