"Location is brilliant! Staff helpful. Property very clean. Facilities great. Only negative a hiccup with lights/power when we arrived very late and tired. It happens! Offer to compensate could have been forthcoming easier. An apology was issued, which we accepted, but something to make us feel better for a rough night would have been appreciated without us having to raise it. After discussing payment for a sandwich and a food credit of $100 offered. The gesture was appreciated. The overall stay was great. Highly recommend. 😊"
