"I read the reviews before I booked this property and the reason some people are giving it 2/10 is because there is no front desk staff. You check in with a virtual agent on a screen instead. I could see how this would be a problem for older people or travelers who are not prepared to speak to a screen, but I found the whole process pretty easy and quick. Hotel is lovely and very close to airport and gas stations if you've rented a car. The rooms are clean and renovated and the pool was great....

"5/5 stars! The staff were super nice and the service was top-notch. I loved the free snacks and drinks in the evening - such a lovely touch! The shopping center right across the road was super convenient, and the restaurant in front of the hotel was great and exceeded my expectation. The hotel itself was spotless and well-maintained. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely come back!"
