Staff were friendly, rooms were clean, pool was nice. Bathroom door didn’t lock. Pull out couch mattress was worn so thin there was no padding to it. Bedframe was broken- wobbled when you moved. Room door had a lot of light and while it locked it wasn’t secure with all that space

We booked here bc the pictures show a hot tub , there is no hot tub. It’s been bricked in. The pictures do not represent the property. This is a very clean and nice apartment within a very close drive to the Kinkaid boat launch. Easy to locate and can fit a car with a boat in tow no problem.
