This property is owned by Chesters LV Inc. They hiked up the price during the time of the Clark County Fair and Rodeo and many of the people staying at Moapa Motel during this time are also vendors. The arco ampm gas station is also violating the law by charging a $0.35 debit fee on all debit transactions. This is illegal in all 50 states. Looking for some accountability from the ownership. "
