"Hotel next to the MDE airport with included transportation makes it really convenient. I paid for an upgrade with lounge access, and we were very happy with the one-bedroom suite, but the VIP lounge was lacking some attention. Food tasted a bit stale and there was no attendant, no wine options available only some beer and soft drinks. Other than that, the facilities were clean and modern."

"This was definitely a case of the "the pictures are better than the reality". The room was dark, but quiet. Unfortunately, it was pretty dirty. There was hair on the toilet and in the shower. The sheets were of questionable cleanliness and I really shouldn't have lifted the mattress, but I couldn't help myself. The neighborhood is not the best, but it is close to public transport and some cool parks and buildings. During the day it is safe enough, but be careful walking at night (but that could be said for most of Medellin). Overall, it is a convenient, cheap option, but if you are willing to splurge an extra $10 or $20 you should be able to find something much better."
