Allows leaving bags before checking in and after checking out. You will have to walk in from a block or two away due to busy market in the streets during the day"

"Fantastic location! 10 min walk to train station, the Duomo, and all the shopping. Great restaurants near by, Ciro and dons was amazing and it’s on the same street. The hotel used to be a private palace and it’s kept much of its original character. Breakfast in the garden was just perfect. Bed was very comfortable and the room was very clean. Highly recommend this hotel and we will be back! "

"Breakfast was amazing! Staff were friendly and it was open late for us to get checked in around midnight after a late flight which was super convenient. 6 minute walk in the morning to see Il Duomo. Be prepared for stairs, which we were, as there are quite a few of them - wouldn't be easy for people with mobility issues but we were fine and knew they were coming :) Room was very quiet, bed comfy, shower hot and everything clean. Was perfect for our one night stay in Florence!"

They have coffee and breakfast in the morning and even called a car very early in the am for the airport and somoene was at the desk and provided a "to go" breakfast. It was truly something special. The staff is really great they even offered suggestions for shopping and food. "Easy access to a centrally located apartment in Firenze. Clean and wonderfully furnished with stocked kitchen. Large sofabed available. Shower enclosure leaks a bit so beware the floor will get wet. "
