"Mind-blowing“. “Perfect is an understatement”! Very quaint and modern at the same time. Smack in the center of the city. This hotel greatly exceeded my expectations. The staff (Martin, Rachel , Bridgette , Claudine) at the front desk were exceptionally friendly, EVERY single worker was polite and offered a warm smile. "My experience at Rouge on Rose lived up to the reviews I had read before I booked it. The staff was very helpful, Jean, Michel and Chris were all great! Breakfast was excellent. My room was clean, and comfortable, and the one minor issue I had was solved quickly. You may want to avoid walking by yourself at night in Bo-Kapp. "

"It is a nice place to stay at, very convenient as it has a small kitchen with everything and also a washer/dryer, which makes you feel at home! Well located and very easy to move around on Uber, 15 minutes away from Victoria and Alfred Wharf where you may find everything you need. All the Staff at ApartHotel is very kind and friendly!! "

"Loved my short stay, the only thing missing is a pool!! Beautiful ascetics, every piece of furniture and every corner is beautiful done. The vibrant colours and lush furnishings. Really lovely friendly staff, food was delicious, bed super comfty with Egyptian cotton, they felt like 1600 threat count! Lovely bathroom. Honestly a great place.. lots of local places to eat, local groceries store. Only 10min drive to the beach and shopping centre. I’ll be back! Close up hikes, table mountain, lions...

"Quiet and comfort! I slept well for the first time in a year. I really liked this hotel. Had a quiet room facing table mountain, a lovely tub (no water restriction at this time) and managed to have a restful night's sleep. Walkable distance to where I needed to be. Breakfast was incredible and chef accommodated my order (half-sized breakfast). Alternative milk options are available. And lovely and accommodating staff. All round a great spot to stay."

"Very friendly staff who carried my bag upstairs to the room as no lifts. The bed was comfortable, the room was spacious with a desk and chair, hanging space and I loved the arty decor in the room. It was very quiet. Tea, coffee and jug in the room but also free coffee and fresh muffin each morning for breakfast in lounge area near reception. "Purely a gem. I was concerned about staying in a hotel in the Bo Kaap area. Everything was terrific beginning with the staff that couldn’t do enough for us, the room was large and very clean and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable as well. The area was quite convenient for restaurants and activities. The area was quite safe for Cape Town. Breakfast was yummy. There’s also a shuttle to the V&A waterfront. We will be back soon!"
