I went to bed freezing and had a horrible night, i didn't complain while there so don't know if they would be able to fix the problem or not. "Great hotel. Enjoyed our stay and the room was practical for our needs. Breakfast was a nice touch in the morning with a good selection. Close to town and easy to walk and navigate. We were there for a couple days and don’t spend much time in the room. Little small if you were more of a lounger or wanting to relax. Didn’t experience any amenities."

The staf works very hard but they are not professional hoteliers. The cons: it is a bed and breakfast posing as a hotel so some nutty things happened during our stay. "Excellent breakfast, lots to choose from. Filtered water station at the end of the hall was very convenient and saved us from having to buy water bottles. Room was clean and roomy. Lots of storage. Did the online checking which made it easy when we got to the hotel. Only thing, if I had to say something I didn’t like is that they only had a liquid soap in the shower that was shampoo and body wash all in one. No conditioner."
