"This hotel used to be a gem in Sheffield. No longer. Such a tired and aged hotel with ridiculously sparse rooms. I was staying in a very tired and boring suite. It didn’t even give me a bottle if water. No ornaments or decorations. Such a shame. "

"I actually love this hotel, usually, but on this occasion I was put in a room next to the lifts so I literally did not sleep all night with the noise. Also, the basin in the bathroom did not drain well and smelled of rotten eggs. Room service was ok, they forgot the drink I called them back and got asked to call back so that was a faff. It was obvious there had been water ingress around the ceiling near the entrance to the bathroom which was a shame as rest of room felt quite new. The window on...

"Lovely kyren Wilson suite, wasn’t expecting a balcony with sunbeds, massive bed, spacious room, shower a bit over complicated for a hotel room, heating played up overnight but fixed in the morning, nice towels, coffee machine ok, modern bathroom lovely and bright, main room well maintained even though old, one usb socket didn’t work under telly Breakfast fine, enough selection for us Grounds look lovely, path around pond/lake could do with some summer TLC Parking free and we always got a...
