"The staff is very nice and accommodating. From the front desk, breakfast and housekeeping was nice. I rated low on maintenance and cleanliness due to my experiences. This is my second time here and it is fairly new and appears clean but both times I’ve stayed here the shower wasn’t clean properly, hair on the floor of the shower. "We stayed one night there. Only good thing about the property was that we're able to park in the underground garage after coming from a late-night party. Although unground parking wasn't convenient. Except parking nothing was good. Water dripping from the bathroom celling, insufficient lighting inside the room, tiny old-fashioned bathroom, super small room for 3 persons family. They mentioned my Marriott bonvoy membership which I had forgotten, provided detailed information on dining and airport shuttle services. Welcome relief after a 19 hour flight! "Stayed here during my trip to Flushing and had a great experience. The location is super convenient, especially for food and transportation. The room was clean, modern, and surprisingly quiet at night. Staff were friendly and check-in was smooth. Definitely one of the better hotel options in the area. Would stay again."

"Overall, for the value, its a good choice tp stay at. We were in town for an event at Louis Armstrong stadium and this hotel was convenient to that and flying in and out of Laguardia. Soft bed. Easy check in. Bathroom is OK but, at least in our room (306) there was no place inside the shower for soap or anything so that was a bit odd. Subway is about a half mile walk away"
