"The room was spotless and so many things supplied for free. Staff were extremely nice and helpful. Shopping centre, cafes, restaurants, fish&chip shop burger shops literally across the road. Such a convenient location. Will book here again without hesitation and highly recommend to anyone wanting to stay in Kingston. "

"What a great spot. It’s been a while since we stayed at a B&B so we were not sure what we would experience.
The owner was great, personal, friendly and with a lot of great tips about the area. Room was clean and well organised, with a well-stocked minibar.
The rest of the house was also well-kept and clean and the outside area was definitely the highlight with a Chimea, a paddock full of sheep and a nice little walk down to the river.
Great breakfast was served in the breakfast area overlooking the paddock.
Highly recommended.

"Everything about staying here was fantastic. We walked into a beautiful apartment with the aroma of freshly baked bread in the air. The jam provided was delicious too.
It is such a well appointed and beautiful space with a view that matches the beauty of the apartment.
We had chooks come right up to us - they were so friendly. We had everything we needed and more and staying here is an absolute must when visiting Tasmania."

"River , mountain and bay views on 3 sides. Easy access to Cygnet, other bays, Beautiful countryside and farms, Huon valley and Bruny Island. Observation of birds and animals around the garden. Warm wood fire. Easy access to owner if required. Layout of the house. Very relaxing, comfortable, quiet. Well equipped kitchen. Ability to meander along the foreshore."
