"The hotel was amazing. The service, the welcome, the staff were all very excellent. We loved our room with the beautiful views, it was nice and spacious. The breakfast was varied , lots of choices and we also enjoyed the dinner in the restaurant. "What a place! Just an amazing stay, thanks to brilliant staff and a super-chilled environment. The bungalows are so cute and comfortable. The grounds are so green a lush. The Tiger Team organised a great daytime and nighttime walk in the forest. We saw plenty of animals and loads of birds. Food in the main restaurant is very good. "Behaved like a new hotel, tried to over price pre booked room stating peak season. Rushed check out resulting in forgetting a wrist watch. Over priced lunch buffet which is not value for money. With a kid in tow unnecessary rush created for check out, checked in an hour late, hotel key card was disabled leading to room not getting open to speed up check out. Made guest wait to check if room amenities were in working condition, meaning guests were not trusted."
