"The location and staff excellent!! Love the hot tub and free hot cocoa. This is our second stay here first in a loft and recently 2 bedroom cottage. The place is really old and musty the carpet i hope will be replaced as well as the plastic seats in the patio. We vacuum the floors the moment we checked in but it was not enough. I also wish there is an option for a DAYLIGHT LIGJT BULB because the soft white is so gloomy and dark. "

"Just on the edge of Banff don’t worry about getting in to Banff as the hotel will give you a bus pass to get in town. We had a great time."
