There appeared to be no heat on in the entire house. We arrived late, after a warm day. That night and the next 36 hours was quite cold. "This hotel was such a pleasant surprise. First, it is close to everything, and we were able to walk to many of the sights on our list. Second, the food in the area is plentiful and easily accessible. A few additional items: it doesn't have an elevator, so do be aware of that. We didn't mind even being on the top floor. "We absolutely enjoyed our stay here. Communication was top notch, the Loft was awesome . The only thing I would say is if you need entertainment bring a laptop or tablet there are no tv’s in the loft, the WiFi was great though. We needed to be close to the Convention Center and it only took us about 10 minutes to walk there and Reading terminal. I would absolutely stay here again . Much better than a hotel!"

"Location was excellent and should have been a quiet road as it’s a side road but rubbish/recycling picked up at like 0530 in the morning on two of my 3 mornings meant I didn’t sleep well. My shower control must have been broken because my shower was luke warm whilst the sink’s hot water was very hot! I’m not sure if the food in the room was free but it didn’t occur to me that it may have been until I saw the enormous amenities charge to my bill. It would have been nice to make that clear..just...

"This is in general a great place. Rooms are clean and quiet, beds are comfortable, location is great. Their automated checkin system has never worked, in all the times we've stayed there, however: the front desk is understaffed with generally just one person who is often quite harried. Company needs to ditch that automated system. "
