"Lovely staff, very nice and helpful. Nice central location, easily walkable to dining, shopping, and sights. Room was dated, nothing like pictures on website, but nonetheless it was clean and cleaning service was provided daily. A bit pricey but overall a good experience. "

"The rooms are okay if you are only looking for a place to shower and sleep at nights. This was my second time staying here while visiting family nearby. It works as there are no other options. There’s nothing special about the place, just basic accommodation that costs well over £100 per night."

"Everything just perfect for a short stay to see The Discworld art exhibition, Worcester Cathedral and the Victorian Market. All facilities at the Shrubbery were spot on and Lesley was the perfect landlady. One of my best short stays ever👍."
