"Quietly surprised with this hotel, wasn't expecting much when i booked. However on arrival, we were greeted with a easy book in system, a swanky modern reception area and went to the room. Bed was a little small, but the room was really nice. Will book again if ever back in Rotterdam"

Be aware that building work being carried out around (and perhaps to) the hotel, Rotterdam appaeras to be never finished and building work everywhere but still a graet location"

"The hotel is located in the very centre of Hague. All the shops and restaurants are nearby. Breakfast was very good with fresh fruits and berries. Even prosecco if you prefer that in the morning. Service was great and we would be happy to come back anytime. "

"Urban Residents is a gem in the heart of Rotterdam. Huge apartments with floor to ceiling windows plus balcony. Kitchen was fully functional with top of the line appliances. I will definitely stay at Urban Residents again. Tons of shopping and dining options in walking distance."
