"Great location with less than 10min walking from Amsterdam Centraal station. Most major tourism places and tram stops are also quite close. I really enjoyed the trip with the property at the center of the old small town, Amsterdam. I would like to emphasize however that the property is a guest house, not a hotel. No hotel like services with reception/concierge are available. It is mixture of air b&b and hotel. It has kitchen, laundry, towel replacement everyday, room/bed cleaning everyday. ...

"Had a great stay. Staffs are nice and helpful. Breakfast was impressive. The room was nicely renovated. Also very near to tram 25 (1 minute walk) that travels to Amsterdam Zuid station. Highly recommended."

"Great location. Room was clean and great space. Didn’t like that there was no view. It looked out into a wall just a few feet away which made room a little dark plus a couple lights were out. We had two towels which it would have been nice to have a couple extra. And no paper towels. All in all it fit our needs. Thank you for your place. "

"We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel - Piet was so very helpful and friendly. They contacted us before our stay to welcome us; the room was ready when we arrived; the amenities were great. The hotel is very quiet and only about 2 km away from the castle. The hotel let us use their bikes to travel around the area. We enjoyed everything about our stay. Thank you Piet and Marianne!"

"Was a fun stay for two nights. Wouldn’t want to stay longer as room was very small. Also have to bring luggage down a ramp and up and over a set of three or four stairs to get to the houseboat. Pack light!"

"Sehr schöne kleine Unterkunft, zentral zwischen Utrecht und Amsterdam gelegen. Beide Zentren sind mit dem Rad sehr gut zu erreichen. Die 3 Zimmer sind sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Es fehlt an nichts. Das Frühstück wird jeden Morgen liebevoll hergerichtet. Alles selbst gefertigt und aus dem Garten. Mart und Tim verwöhnen einen. Mart sagt: Alles kein Problem 😍😍 "
