"Property is “grand”. Location is not tourist friendly. We needed to call down for a few customer service issues and each time staff never picked up. Pool area,( rooftop) needs to provide more shade! Umbrellas perhaps?"

"Excellent property, a few steps from the anirport, and very comfortable room. The only drawback is the lighting in the room/bathroom is too dim, making it difficult to apply makeup before my business meeting. Otherwise, all excellent. I will stay again."
