Great social staff! Needed to add a night and they were super accommodative to allow us to keep the same room for the next night even though it was two different bookings! Liked the separate space away from main lobby for our group to visit.

Best Western Plus Peoria
The elevator was not working but they were able to get us a first floor room. My husband has a heart condition and cannot do stairs. Juan, the evening front desk, was very nice and friendly. Breakfast was fresh and good with a variety of foods.

I did not like that I could only go up to 73 degrees on the heater. They had it set that you could not go higher than this. it was below 30 degrees at night on this weekend.
