"The hotel is in a converted rum warehouse and they have left the Victorian structure alone where ever they can so it makes a visually stunning interior and exterior. The bar is airy with doors that open to the outside dockside terrace where there are tables and chairs. Rooms at the hotel are excellent and much bigger than similar hotels. beds are fantastically comfortable and in room amenities are excellent with both a shower and a bath plus coffee machines, fridge, bottled water etc. Breakfast is a brilliant buffet with an omelette station if freshly cooked egg creations are your thing and the views out to the dock and the Tobacco warehouse opposite are lovely. This hotel is one of the best I have ever stayed in (and I have stayed in hundreds of hotels around the World). Deals are to be had if you avoid weekends and dates when Everton are at home as the new stadium is just over the road. Taxi station in the lobby means no long wait for a cab and prices are excellent."

"Good location. Friendly and helpful staff. Air conditioning. Room with bath, increasingly rare. Mini fridge and microwave were useful as was hospitality tray. Quiet location. Great conversion of old building. Discounts on local restaurants were useful. Recommend. Would stay there again."

"on the day we arrived the towels were not enough only for one person then I requested for towels and they came bunched up and not folded and the guy knocked and bushed in just like that. Then the linen was not changed at all. To top it all the under base cover had blood in it. Their housekeeping is terrible. The dining room staff are 5 star never seen such professionalism in all the hotels I have been. The hotel itself is 5 star never Ben though itโs ranked 4 star. I loved the hotel and room ambience but the housekeeper staff ruined it for me and I did not alert management for fear of backlash from staff."

Hard Days Night Hotel Liverpool

"The Hotel was absolutely everything that a Beatles fan could wish for in terms of related internal decor. The room was absolutely perfect. The location was excellent for access to almost anything Beatles related. The only disappointment from our point of view was the breakfast. We had initially decided not to have breakfast in the hotel and to instead have it in town. However, after looking at the complimentary reviews of a ยฃ30 each breakfast we ate at the hotel. We were so disappointed. Perhaps due to staff shortages the buffet had not been maintained. There were only two fruit options for cereal and on the hot table the beans plate was empty and the fried egg plate had only two lukewarm and greasy stuck together eggs in it - it was clear that the various plates were not being topped up. Only white bread was available for toasting. Coffee was self service from a machine and nothing like hot enough. We immediately cancelled our second day breakfast and requested a refund which was denied. We will return to the hotel again but book breakfast elsewhere."
