"The room was clean, but not what we expected. We were given an accessible room, even though I had not booked that, and when we asked if it was possible to switch we were given a multitude of reasons why we shouldn’t. "The room was clean and there was coffee/tea making facilities which was brill as I do love my coffee. The room had a wall mounted T.V. The staff were absolutelly brilliant, helpfull and always smiling. Would definitely go back as the price was absolutely brilliant. The train station was so close if you wanted to go to cardiff, trains every 30 mins."

"Great staff, clean and tidy room, good location with easy car parking. Great food including very good options for my coeliac wife. This is a quaint more traditional style of hotel with it seemed like only six rooms. You still get a room key attached to a fob rather than the key cards you tend to get nowadays and the flooring is a little sloped in places all adding to the charm. We had just a one night stop over but would be happy to return."
