"The Property has been recently refurbished to a very high standard. We did note a couple of minor snags like doors scuffing on the floor, or a shower that doesn’t drain very well , but overall a very nice place to stay and would recommend to friends and family wanting to stay in the area. "

"Brilliant location. Short walk to St Michael's Mount and short 2 mile bus ride into Penzance. Room was very clean and the breakfasts are incredible. Staff couldn't do enough and were super friendly. Had a great laugh with the locals. The best bit is the price..... Way cheaper than everywhere else so incredible value for money. Mexico Inn is across the road a nd does great food. Also the CuttySark in Marazion."

"Nice spacious, airy and tastefully decorated room with all the necessary accessories and features. The service was excellent and friendly. The setting, with a beautiful view of Penzance and the harbour from the breakfast room, was particularly good. The swimming pool set in lovely semi-tropical gardens was a real joy to be in. "It was a delightful two night stay with a full Cornish breakfast. It seemed to have been renovated recently. Very clean and up to date. Location was excellent - a 3 minute walk from the train station and bus depot. Belinda and Bob were wonderful hosts. Would definitely reserve again on any future trip to Penzance. Easy to get to St Ives and Mousehole/Newlyn."

"The room was comfortable, particularly the bed, although we did find some broken plastic under the sheet, not sure where it came from. There was no hot water from the sink even after running the tap for a while and the cistern to the toilet kept running after it had filled up. Saying all of that we would probably stay again."
