It's a very old facility, in a rough part of Penticton. There are lots of fast food places all around, and it's close to the hospital. Rooms smell like hospital rooms. The bed was lumpy and uncomfortable, but it was very clean. Part of the Inn is rented out on a monthly basis. You get what you pay for, nothing else.

Dead rats in the parking lot, a disgusting empty pool, next to what looks like a crack shack. The room was disgusting, floors dirty. The staff was very lazy and rude, took me an hour of waiting outside the office to check in AND check out. Literally the worst motel I’ve ever stayed in. Avoid at all costs, pretty rapey vibe.

There was an exhaust noice all night Don’t know where it came from I had booked a quadruple room and got a double bed. Rm 33 Phones the front desk and they wanted to charge me either a new room because then I would be late???? Or charge me me another 100 to move to a different room. I paid for the quadruple so should have gotten it. And there has been no adjustment to my credit card for the smaller room. If I paid for a bigger room. I should have gotten it Also dirty tub. Realize people that this motel also serves as respite
