"I was very happy with the cleanliness of the room. When i requested extra blankets they were at our door within 10 minutes. We asked for our rooms to be moved to allow for our group to be closer together and they changed them with zero issues. We were pleasantly surprised when we were able to check in early. The complimentary drink at the bar was a great bonus, the espresso martini was delicious. The lobby area was a great first impression… very nice. The food at the casino buffet was nothing...

"We enjoyed our stay at the Warwick and its great location downtown. All hotel staff were accessible and helpful, with a special shout out to bellman Steve, who went out of his way to facilitate holding our luggage after checkout and delivering it to our car."

"There was garage construction going on when we visited. The hotel was nice. We walked to shopping and lunch during the day. No fan in the bathroom was an annoyance. Beds and pillows were nice. AC worked…it’s been a hot summer. A sock from a previous guest was under the bed. There was a gentleman who was above 50 yo at the concierge who was especially kind and helpful. We had no trouble getting to the stadium for our concert. "
