"Staff at the front desk are always so helpful. Will was the most helpful and helped me get checked in fast. This is a beautiful property that needs better care and staff to help maintain. The carpets in hallway were not clean and the bedroom suite was missing coffee, the glasses were dirty and there was not any regular coffee. The Morning Joe cafe is so nice but again, very very slow! I write this review every time I stay here- understaffed or with only one barista who has real world cafe experience. She is deaking with co workers who are very slow. I am a business traveler and sometimes you will get stuck with parents ordering coffees taking their sweet time. The valet drivers are the best, fast and helpful. Overall best hotel but needs to provide more services and staff."

"The bed in the suite with the jetted tub was comfortable as was the tub, but the pillows were too soft/ did not give any support."

"Positives include nice clean room, good heat/ventilation, and well maintained grounds. Negatives included a shower with only half a door (and a hole in that half, by design) that left the bathroom floor flooded, a location that was a bit further from the National Park than optimal, and the thing that really spoiled the vibe - The property has a nice dining room. All the promotional literature, the main foyer signage, and the online info say dinner is served at 4 pm. We arrived hungry at 4:45 pm and were told the dining room didn't open 'til 5 pm. We went to the bar to wait and had an unpleasant interaction with a staff member who might have been joking but made us feel uncomfortable. So we left and went to the Gateway Family Diner (very close by on the same property - just 2 buildings down). We recommend you do the same."
