"The hotel was easy to find and located at the Living Treasures Animal Park. You check in at the gift shop. The room is like a cabin and very beautiful and the bed was very comfortable. "Terrific very polite and extremely helpful staff! Breakfast is out of this world, made to order, Mark runs it in am and he is excellent at his job. We stayed 3 nights and seen manager Don every morning - he was there and talking to everyone and making sure that all is good. That is how the hotel should be run . "Being on the golf course is perfect and the views are incredible , breakfast was nice too. My only complaint is that the blackout curtains do not close, so the flood lights from the front of the hotel shine through the sheer curtains all night. That’s a silly oversight."

"The facility was as clean as the staff could get it. The property is run down and out of date, reminds you of something out of a horror movie. The staff at this location were great, always making sure I was taken care of or if I needed anything. The parking lot needs work, another person staying here rolled her ankle in a pot hole. "Our stay was not bad. Staff was really helpful and friendly. It was a short, easy drive to restaurants & shopping, but not walkable. The TV, fridge, freezer, microwave and shower-tub are full size.
