"Hotel.com act like a scam. I didn't know that the Ty Nant hotel was only for students. After contacting Hotels.com several times, it was impossible to get the deposit back. Therefore, Hotels.com has miscommunication with Ty Nant hotel and I been lie about the refund. Keep up the good work Hotels.com Anyway, it doesn't matter what's my opinions. Breakfast items were provided in the fridge in the room which we liked! It is located in a nice area close to all amenities. We would stay again and maybe try a different room next time."
