"Lovely clean 👌 great hotel"

"I had a great stay at this hotel for the night. Very clean, comfortable beds. Clean shower. Could connect to the TV to watch the likes of YouTube or watch normal channels. Room service, although I didn't use this. A lovely restaurant with lovely food..and the staff were fantastic. Even checked me in an hour early. Thank you so much for a lovely stay and I highly recommend booking."

"We had a traumatic experience going to see `take `that weeks before. Trying to get a taxi out of the city. It was 1am when we got back to the hotel. The concert finished at 10.30. 5 women in our 60’s waiting on a pavement in Cardiff was awful. So I asked the Coach and Horses if we could cancel and have a refund (this hotel is a taxi ride way!) they refused as it was non refundable rooms. So I asked them several times. For our stay, the air conditioning in the room was a bonus, as it was during a very hot spell. We didn't watch the TV, but it looked to have everything you might need on there. "Overall pretty great, but definitely a few negatives. Cleanliness was not 100%, by a long shot. Room was incredibly hot, oh so unbearably hot. We opened the sliding door as it was cool outside, but then flooded our room with bugs (100's of them). Room was close to the "lake", aka still water pond. Hence all of the bugs. If you are going to book this hotel, definitely book away from the pond or do not come in the hotter summer months. Staff were awesome, exceptionally amazing."

"For a budget hotel (although I did stay in a Premium room) the room was really quiet and the bed was large. I slept really well. Lovely shower, fun design details - painting, large lamp, coffee machine. The room felt spacious. I’d stay again."
