DESUMANOS

Foi horrível, precisávamos de dois travesseiros a mais, pois somos idosos e sofremos de refluxo, foi solicitado a recepção e foi nos dito que forneceriam apenas UM travesseiro, pois tinha ordens do dono e gerente que não fornecesse mais de um travesseiro por quarto ! Foram inflexíveis, mesmo diante de nossa súplica por outro, tentamos argumentar explicando de nossa doença (refluxo), mas a recepção foi inflexível e se recusou a fornecer outro travesseiro, ficamos a noite tentando dormir sentados , para não termos uma crise de refluxo !

Custo-benefício adequado

Funcionária do noturno muito solícita, porém a do diurno parecia uma porta de ignorância. Como o objetivo era ficar próximo ao parque, o custo benefício foi apropriado para o foco da viagem.

Razoável

A pousada é razoável, a limpeza do quarto é feita apenas a cada três dias ou seja, economize toalha e tenha organização, o que num quarto pequeno e com duas crianças é complicado! No quarto, sentimos cheiro de esgoto que saia do banheiro e este não tinha chave para trancar. O quarto tem porta de vidro e a privacidade se dá apenas com uma cortina blackout e a nossa estava com defeito! A pousada não tem estrutura para famílias com crianças pequenas, não tem rede de segurança nas sacadas e nem qualquer espaço kids! O café da manhã tem poucas opções, mas é gostoso!

É um bom estabelecimento, familiar e relativamente perto do parque Beto Carreiro. No apartamento, que é bem pequeno, dá para escutar todo o barulho externo. Ou seja, dá para passar uma ou duas noites, sem ter grandes expectativas

Confiamos a segurança de nossas filhas a pousada Cavalero. Ficaram muito bem instaladas, sentiram-se seguras em um ambiente agradável com ótimo café da manhã. Mas o grande diferencial segundo elas foi a educação da equipe do Hotel. Parabéns.

Ótimo custo benefício, muito limpa. Atendentes bem atenciosos. O único a ponto salientar seria a cama auxiliar bem dura, mas a moça da limpeza forrou com vários endredons onde ficou menos desconfortável a minha filha.

Limpo, cheiroso e aconchegante!

Atendimento exelente! Acomodações super limpas e cheirosas! Café da manhã excepcional! A pousada é novinha e tudo é muito perfeito! O atendimento é muito cordial e fica muito perto do Beto Carrero! Dá pra ir a pé! A única recomendação que faria é ter um espelho grande no quarto! Com com certeza vou voltar!!!!

Excelente, superou as expectativas! Boa infraestrutura dos quartos e da pousada, boa localização sendo perto do parque. Café da manhã bom, muito atenciosos e atendimento excepcional dos recepcionistas Catarina, Bruno, Ana e toda equipe da limpeza, nos deixaram super a vontade. Deixo como sugestão, providenciar frigobar nos quartos. Não vejo a hora de voltar.
