"Pleasant stay. Needs upgrading and some minor DIY. The cleaning ladies were very nice as were the ladies doing food. The staff on the front desk went above and beyond when I lost my mobile. Very helpful indeed. For me it was the pug. He joined us every morning for snuggles."

"Stayed two nights with little ones. Thereโs nothing around it but they have a small restaurant. Breakfast, Disney and airport shuttle included. Got the room with a slide that the kids loved but I wouldnโt stay again. Rooms need TLC and the staff were super nice."

"Hi , Ni Hao. The hotel was so clean โญ๏ธโญ๏ธโญ๏ธโญ๏ธโญ๏ธand maintained well with the staff .There is an outside pool that looks beautiful from the top as it is a heart shaped . Although , I did not managed to use it as we only had a limited time .. โญ๏ธโญ๏ธโญ๏ธโญ๏ธโญ๏ธ. The staff that we met with my daughter in the reception from day one till we checked out had loads of patience. ๐๐๐๐๐Every time I go and ask for questions they are really helpful in translating it to English from Chinese . They both wears a smile and willing to help .The shuttle is free going to Disneyland Shanghai.( only around 18 minutes from this hotel) There are options in the buffet breakfast , so you can choose what you want . I hope I took a photo with the two staff that accommodated as when we arrived so I can ask for their names .They are pretty , always wears a smile and are willing to help . I have left the Teddy Stuff toy in the room and is waiting for it to get arranged and shipped. I will recommend it for travellers whether for group of friends, single , couple or family groups .So , if you visit Shanghai -do book here. Lizel Ibanez -United Kingdom"

"A very convenient hotel, especially for transit passengers. The free airport shuttle to and from Pudong Airport made the journey completely hassle-free. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the shower had excellent water pressure with plenty of hot water. It was the perfect place to rest and recharge while waiting for our next flight. Highly recommended!"
