I should’ve known something was wrong when I tried to sign into the Internet and it did not recognize my room number nor my name. but I discounted it as a glitch. I called down to the desk and they just said sign into public I did and I was connected to the Internet. The next day we left went down, had breakfast and. went to the conference we were attending. "Disappointed and underwhelmed. We drove 3 hours from NY to PA to stay at Wind Creek for our 28th wedding anniversary. The staff was on auto pilot when checking in, barely looking at us or acknowledging the event or our travel. The room, although big, was underwhelming. No bathtub in the room. Thermostat was broken too. Way too much smoking taking place in the casino. Sat at an electronic machine with a live host and waited 30 minutes for a waitress (after turning on the set of light) and she...

"The motel was run down and smelled strongly of smoke and food. Breakfast was poor, we didn't even eat. The woman on reception was unhelpful, when asking about laundry was made to feel an inconvenience. We had to get change from another hotel and the dispenser for soap was broken. I've stayed in other Super 8s that were far superior."

"This hotel has a huge laundry with 6 washing machines and 8 dryers (from memory). The staff are very nice too. The room was clean, especially having laminate boards. However, a few issues upset our stay...the bed squeaked and moved every time one of us rolled which I'm sure the guests below could hear. The AC kept turning on and off and was really loud. The hotel overall isn't quiet so best bring earplugs. Also the blinds need a blackout option as they let too much light in."

"The pool area was very clean and nice. Fitness area was clean and nice. Many of the security cameras, especially in back or destroyed and/or not working. The back door to the facility did not lock and no key was required for entry. The restaurant and bar on the property was beautiful but not really utilized. Bar menu only consisted of only fried pub foods. Maybe 10 or 12 items. Fried shrimp, fries, mozzarella sticks, ect. The bar had no draft beers, only bottles at $6.50 a bottle, well...

"Great stay, everything we needed for the time we spent there."

"The rooms were clean and comfortable. The property is under construction but very conveniently located. Unfortunately, the noise outside at the restaurants across the street was extremely loud and made it difficult to sleep."

"The entire stay was terrible! Gave us keys to someone else room. Sheets had stains and requested manager come to our room. He proceeded to give many excuses including " we rent to the homeless in the off season and they trash the place". They did change the sheets but he "assured us" the stained sheets were clean!"

"We expected a room with a tub, but the last available room didn’t have one. The room available was very pricey for its size. We decided not to stay. The highlight of our time was interacting with Jenna at the desk, she was extremely kind and very professional. Based on our experience with her we will consider returning on another occasion. We mainly wanted to have one night away, as we live close and our wedding anniversary is this weekend."

"The first room i was assigned was not cleaned i videoed the issues took it to front desk and they apologized and switched me the bathroom was not cleaned hair on walls and tub and dried up toothpaste on the since knob and one of the staff offered to clean it and what he did next i was out of there how you cleaning with no chemicals and tissue.. in the second room was ok so i stayed my 2 nights but will not stay there again needs upgrading and better cleaning crew"

"I expected better. Overall, the stay was OK. The facility was clean, but the room could have been vacuumed more thoroughly. There was dirt in the corners of the room. The fixtures in the bath were dated and worn. The towel hooks on the door were hanging off and the safety rail on the bathtub had rusted screws. They only service the room every two days, but we're very accommodating when we asked for fresh towels. The breakfast buffet was minimal and t items such as the home fries were cold....
