"The location couldn’t be any better, but the room left something to be desired. I’ve stayed in better hostels. I paid for a room with an in suite bathroom and a balcony, which was great. Unfortunately, I could hear the other guests clamoring on their way to and from the hall bathroom accommodations for all of the other rooms. When I asked the desk for bottled water, they told me that the tap water was safe to drink, and there were 70+ stairs up to the room to lug bottled water; it did say “no...

"Really beautiful property and wonderful room. Hotel is immaculately clean and we thought the hotel had been renovated to a beautiful finish. We let the hotel know we were staying for our 10 year anniversary, and a bottle of Prosecco was left in our room with a note, which was extremely kind. A great location to stay in, just across the river. Passcode is provided for front door so can come and go as please. Have booked to stay in again in October!"
