"Stairs, Stairs, and more Stairs. There is no staff after 7pm. They gave me a number (wapp) to text. I did text and got no answer. The location is dificult to find as there are no clear signs or instrucctions on the location. They did provide codes and some instrucctions to go to the lobby an do self check in. Also provided a 25%discount for breakfast at another location. We stayed at #6 The room was good. Had A/C (a little noise) and a full bath room. Very nice small balcony. For the...

"Incredible location, staff, room, and building -- couldn't ask for anything more! Not only are you in the heart of Florence in a historic building with direct views of the Duomo, but the staff was exceptionally kind and helpful. We asked for some restaurant recommendations and were advised of two restaurants nearby where we ended up getting the two best meals of our entire trip! Room was spacious and the AC worked like a charm. Fantastic all around!"

I wish there was an elevator for the luggage, I completely forgot that the ground floor is different from the 1st floor in Italy, so I was bummed when I realized we had to carry our luggage 2 more flights of stairs but that was on me. The entrance to the guesthouse building...
