"Very cute suite with what we thought was a great location in Florence. Away from the hustle and bustle but very walkable to main sites and lots in the close vicinity as well. Claudia was a great host and very responsive. Beds were comfy’ linens and towels were good. We couldn’t use the AC as it was too early in the season. But the apartment cooled off very well at night. A lovely stay!"

"Great room. Very spacious and clean. Good location and mostly quiet. And a cleaner comes everyday despite it being a B&B. The only complaint I had was that the shower had very low water pressure. After notifying the hotel staff, they did nothing about the pressure issue. So shower quality was not great."
