Unit does need coffee maker !! and instructions on how to operate the tiny stove. Could see the water from the bed and small balcony. The small unit is just lovely and the town is second to none. "Schon bei unserer Ankunft wurden wir sehr freundlich empfangen. Wir sind früh am Morgen angereist und weil das Zimmer noch nicht fertig war, wurde uns ein Frühstück angeboten. Das Zimmer hat unsere Erwartungen bei weitem übertroffen. Mit einer Dusche und einer Badewanne im Zimmer. Wir hatten unser Zimmer ebenerdig und hatten einen grosszügigen Gartensitzplatz. "Staff was very accommodating and came looking for us 2x when our ferry from Venice was cancelled due to rough seas and we were transported by bus. Would have been tough to find this wonderful family operated hotel without them. They have a golf cart to get one from the port to their old city location. "Es war alles super. Alles war genau so, wie beschrieben. Das Zimmer war klein, aber die Quadratmeter wurden ja auch angegeben. Wir wurden sogar vom Parkplatz abgeholt und mit einem Golfcart direkt zur Unterkunft gefahren. Wir hatten alles, was wir benötigen (Föhn, Kühlschrank, Safe, Klimaanlage). Tolle Restaurants, kleiner Supermarkt, etc. ist schnell zu Fuß zu erreichen. Personen, die z.B bemängeln, dass es kein Frühstück gibt, haben einfach nicht richtig gelesen. "
