"Guesthouse Esma is Quiet and safe neighborhood, 10 minute walk to the center of Rovinj with good access to parking. There is a supermarket close by with cheap coffee and breakfast pastry, snacks and food for picnicking at the beach. If you have a car this place has parking, you can hop a car ride to many beaches near Rovinj to enjoy. "From the moment we arrived in Rovinj we were excited to get to the Hotel.. The team working here were so helpful and friendly. The room was immaculate, modern, stylish and comfortable. Breakfast was at a restaurant just 100yds down the hill which was quite basic but had enough to satisfy the start of the day. We will return for sure.. Thankyou"

"If you want to be in the heart of Rovinj- this is the place to be. The hotel was perfect for a night or two. Staff was great, location was great and the room was small but all we needed. Bathroom was nice and was newly renovated. The hotel comes with a lovely breakfast."

The room was spacious and had hair dryer, soaps, lotions etc. plenty of towels. Towels available for use of the pool. Complimentary breakfast. They offer a lunch menu as well. "Dom and the staff were very welcoming and helpful after a long travel day. They were able to accommodate us for one night on our way from Venice to Zagreb when other accommodations would not. They gave us an excellent dinner recommendation and were kind enough to take us to the rental car office. The Villa is well appointed and well taken care of. It has our highest recommendation and we hope to return one day and stay a bit long in Rovinj and surrounding area. "

"Great Property, located very close to Rovinj Old City. The host and his wife made us feel at home as soon as we got in and gave us great tips on getting around town and eating. The apartment has all amenities that you would need, including parking for your car, the beds and sofas are very comfortable and you can ask the hosts anything and they are most willing to help.
