"Hotel is impeccable in terms of cleanliness. Staff is highly caring for their guests. Breakfast is freshly made (Mediterranean style). Hotel is well accommodated for babies. "The most attentive, efficient, helpful, friendly and professional host (George and John) we were lucky to have during our stay. The property/room itself is tastefully decorated. We had lovely breakfasts, useful info/suggestion for transport/excursion, amazing help for solving issues and fun rides with the with the golf buggy pick-up/drop-off. "This property is in the heart of the old town. Everything is just outside your door. Despite this it was quiet inside and we slept so well. The room was lovely and the shower was amazing. We walked easily to the beach and it’s not far to the harbour with all the boat trips and ferries. Would recommend to anyone who doesn’t want to stay in an all inclusive resort and likes to be based more in town. We loved it and Lena was so helpful"

"We had another reservation that we made through Expedia, when we arrived there, the place was still under construction! We had it out with the owner, since we felt it had been misrepresented. "It's a beautiful hotel located inside the old town. Picturesque. Unfortunately we had a walk a lot with luggage before we came in. It was late and we were given a room key and the manager left. Was little scary and dark in v the always while walking,. The only good thing is ambience. Hotels.com should say accessibility is a minimum. Although, we liked the location, it's really tough to get there. "

"Wir waren über Weihnachten und Silvester da. In diesem Teil der Stadt hatten zahlreiche Restaurants und Geschäfte offen, während die Altstadt komplett geschlossen hatte. Das Hotel liegt in der Nähe des Hafens und kann mit dem Flughafenbus erreicht werden. Unser Zimmer war geräumig mit einem bequemen Bett. Das Frühstücksbuffet ließ keine Wünsche offen. Das Spa hatte sogar an Heiligabend für uns auf. Personal insgesamt sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit."

"Very nice, friendly staff. Breakfast included, if you find they run out of certain foods, just ask for it. Some building works are going on outside, assume is temporary! Hotel is close to the beach, restaurants, walking distance to the medieval castle, harbour, shopping centre. By bus is easy access to visit different beaches. I would recommend the hotel! "
